Curetage®

The only 100% natural system for thinning hair.

Previous newsletters have told of minoxydil, sold as Rogain, Proscar and Finesteride, same as Propecia. All these drugs are purported to reverse hair loss by somehow stimulating its growth. Rogain was the first major disappointment. Even its creators at UpJohn admit very low success, but they have continued to promote its sale for the sake of the investors who sank millions into the hope it would work.

Propecia, the most recent contender, is the scariest, in that it is not a liquid rubbed onto the intended area, but swallowed and ingested with questionable side effects. We have all been taken aback (if not horrified!) when asked to accept impotence as the down side of hair re-growth.

Folks in the hair-replacement industry have been watching a team of research biochemists in Canada who were on the trail of hair growth formulas and recipes. They found what they were looking for in Southeast Asia, an all-natural brew using herbs from many parts of the world.

They started manufacturing their formulas in North Carolina under the name of "Curetage® - It's the Cure - Not Just the Prevention." The products, shampoo, conditioner, and tonic, are made up of fifteen botanicals and six vitamins. Eight of these vitamins and herbs are known to act as vasodilators and stimulate the capillaries in the scalp to increase the blood supply and nutrient level in the hair root with no harmful side effects. Our reason for promoting the use of this astonishing product line is not to offer vain hope of complete remission of the hair loss, but to encourage our clients to use something to thicken their existing hair. We who lose the hair on top of the head sooner or later start serious thinning around the edges and back, and that makes successful use of hair replacement items difficult. Thick hair around the edges helps support what's added on top.

This line of products costs no more than good shampoo and conditioner. Its continuous use will increase the length of time that one can successfully wear additional hair. We all use shampoo and conditioner, anyhow; so why not use something with extra benefits? And it smells good!

When used in advance of the chemo, the patient is less likely to suffer the usual hair loss associated with it.

One of our young clients, following my advice to use the Curetage product line to maintain the side and back hair, also treated the hairless head top, and to his astonishment - as well as mine - his hair has grown back. He no longer needs the hair replacement unit. He does not have a heavy mane yet, but there is a complete coverage. If we had any idea such a thing would happen, we would have made photographs and surely would have been on the evening news.

We don't promise that level of success to everyone. I tell you about it as further proof that constant use will produce results.
